We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped.

Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within three working days of receipt of your order. We will notify you if we anticipate a delay in fulfilling your order within that time. Orders within the UK are despatched by first class mail. Orders from outside of the UK are despatched via air mail.

Cancellation of Order
If you order direct from us, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. Please re-package the relevant item securely and return it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please write "Contract Cancellation" on the delivery slip or invoice and enclose it with the goods.

Goods must be returned in resaleable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error. If we do not receive the goods back from you, and you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, we may arrange for collection of the goods from you at your cost. We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
